50/50 fight. Will be Baumgardners biggest test. She can do it though. I think people are overlooking her skills and she has the power to go with it. Didn't like how Mayer fought Hama****** and if she comes with that same approach against Baumgardner she will get hurt.

Are there actually even odds on this fight?! Shields is worth a large bet, I think she's a whole level above Marshall and has faced much better competition. People love to bet on a KO so money is probably coming in on Marshall

Marshall actually opened as the favourite!
No way is Shields a whole level above Marshall! Both these women are equally talented.
Personally I think Marshall hurts and maybe stops Shields

But my point about them being just as skilled as each other stands. Basically they are miles ahead of all the other women from 154lbs all the way up. Its Shields, Marshall and then a step down for everyone else!
About the records, yes Shields has fought more better records on paper. But, again, those weight classes are weak AF and it's not hard to build up a 15-0 record fighting nobody. Marie Di Caire, Ivana Habazin being examples of Shields opponents with "good on paper" records but limited ability.
What I look at is comparing the results against women both have boxed. I think Shields and Marshall have shared 4 or 5 opponents. Shields decisioned them all, Marshall KTFOD them all!!!
Again, I think that this is a very good, close fight. Shields is more than capable of outboxing Marshall. But I'm picking Savanna to maybe stop, definitely hurt Shields at some point and go on to win
