Daniel Barez
smart by ufc to start the card here with what could be the fight of the night. That is unless someone gets finished early, which is a big possibility. Barez beat Hernandez in my opinion and should/would have been in the ufc earlier. Both guys want the center of the octagon and tend to throw with a lot behind their punches. Barez has the sharper jab added with hard leg kicks I think he eventually hurts him. Grappling from both guys high level and at 125lb the pace is always high. Big fan of Barez and a pickem line is accurate, but I do believe Barez is slightly better everywhere therefore think the line is slightly off.

Daniel Barez, DEC
Bares has impressive wrestling and fast hands, I think he’s gonna outpoint Filho on the feet and scramble his way out of Filhos dangerous submission attempts.

Marcin Tybura, SUB, R2
Tybura gonna survive the first 3 on dog alone, but he’s gonna get subbed in the early rounds (or his ACL snaps again and I get this wrong)
McCann vs. Stoliarenko
Molly McCann, TKO, R3
High T lady gets TKO
Wood vs. Fili
Nathaniel Wood, DEC
Nathan Decision.
Muniz vs. Craig
Paul Craig, SUB, R1
ROUND 1 MEME SUB
Herbert vs. Ziam
Jai Herbert, TKO, R2
Ngl, I think this fight is super close and I kinda just want Jai to win.
Murphy vs. Culibao
Lerone Murphy, DEC
Murphy was literally coming off getting hit by a car the last time out, as long as no more cars have hit him. He should be good!
Grant vs. Marcos
Daniel Marcos, TKO, R3
Grant isn’t pulling it out the bag this time around, Marcos R3 TKO against the fence.
Roberts vs. Parsons
Jonny Parsons, TKO, R1
SLUGGERNAUT KO BABY!
Diakiese vs. Alvarez
Joel Alvarez, SUB, R1
Explosive domination on the ground, submission R1.
Parkin vs. Pogues
Mick Parkin, DEC
He trains with Tom, I think he’s gonna win via control time and shock us.
Barberena vs. Muradov
Bryan Barberena, TKO, R3
Muradov gasses, he got outstruck by GM3. I believe Barberena is gonna DAWG his way into a R3 KO/TKO.
Vieira vs. Kianzad
Ketlen Vieira, DEC
Uh… another coin flipped (just kidding, Brazilian women clearly have the highest T levels around the globe)
Duncan vs. Ashmouz
Yanal Ashmouz, TKO, R2
How is Duncan a favorite? Gonna finish another bloated lightweight.
Brasil vs. Bannon
Shauna Bannon, DEC
Flipped a coin.

Tom Aspinall, TKO, R2
Tybura is an absolute stank. If you ever want to see a guy on skates in the middle of the octagon hanging on for dear life somehow find a way to win a fight, look up Tyburas fight vs. Walt Harris. I think Tybura knows he's at a massive speed disadvantage which is why he came in pretty light for this fight. He can definitely eat some shots and probably hang on for a round but as tough as he is, he's only going to be able to eat so many bombs from Aspinall. If Tybura can find a way to drag this into a 3rd round or even beyond somehow, it will be very interesting. We haven't seen Aspinall's cardio truly tested and this is his first fight back off a pretty serious injury. Unfortunately for Tybura, I don't think he's going to be able to drag it out that far. Aspinall looks like a brick **** house and ready to deliver a massive ass whooping.
McCann vs. Stoliarenko
Molly McCann, DEC
Don't see Molly getting a KO here but she should win.
Wood vs. Fili
Nathaniel Wood, DEC
Wood has great leg kicks and is just going to chip away at Fili for 15 minutes. He's the kind of fighter you have to find a way to finish otherwise he's just really hard to out-point. Don't see Fiili finding a finish here.
Muniz vs. Craig
André Muniz, SUB, R2
Tough fight to call because you have to respect Craig and his grappling. Muniz had a rough go in his last outing but Allen was also able to beat him up a little bit before submitting him. I think Muniz is the better striker, even if marginally. Craig also looked like he walked out of a concentration camp on the scale. I'm impressed he made the weight but am not expecting much in terms of cardio or durability here considering he's already 35.
Herbert vs. Ziam
Fares Ziam, DEC
Pretty close fight on paper that I'm very torn over because I don't really think either guy is that great. They're both solid fighters for sure but are very low volume and not great grapplers. I will take the younger fighter here who historically has pretty good striking defense, which is pretty much the only thing Herbert excels at.
Murphy vs. Culibao
Lerone Murphy, DEC
Yet another very close fight and really good matchmaking. Culibao always seems to get his opponents to fight to his level, which is admittedly pretty good. I do think Murphy is slightly better than him at pretty much everything, but again, Culibao is a dog who is in every fight. I have to give Murphy respect for even showing up and managing to beat Santos in his last fight after getting hit by a car. I don't want to take anything away from Culibao, because he really does find a way to keep himself in fights and rely on his well rounded skill set. But if we're keeping it real, he was getting lit up on the feet by Melsik. However, the fact that he was able to capitalize on the smallest mistake to get a finish is what makes him so dangerous. I'm ever so slightly leaning Murphy here and if there's one fight I will absolutely not have any bets on, its this one. This is a coin flip.
Grant vs. Marcos
Davey Grant, DEC
Another fight I coud see being a split decision. I am 100% on the Daniel Marcos hype train. I do think this is just ever so slightly going to be too much, too soon though. I see him making a good showing of himself but Davey Grant is a bad man and I don't see him losing to someone as inexperienced as Marcos on his home turf. We're going to learn a lot about Marcos in this fight because he's actually going to get tested. He's extremely technically sound but I think he's going to struggle with some of the weird, odd angled strikes Grant likes to throw.
Roberts vs. Parsons
Jonny Parsons, TKO, R2
Probably the hardest fight on the card for me to predict. I really don't love Parsons here but Danny Roberts is so long in the tooth. However, I will say I'm actually concerned for both these fighters chins. Parsons has been out for awhile due to some concussion issues. If he is able to establish the leg kick and force Danny to drop his hands even in a little, this is going to end badly for Roberts. Parsons is all muay tai and all his strikes reflect it. Dude throws heat and fights very violent. I cant stress enough how little confidence I have here because Parsons also supposedly dropped like 30lbs in this camp and needed extra time on the scale. I think Roberts would need to get Parsons out of there kind of early before he gets into a rhythm, and I just don't see it because he's so low volume despite actually having pretty good boxing. As long as Parsons can take the first few shots and not show any effects from his own head injuries, he has a good chance to find a KO here. Dannys chin is just non-existent.
Diakiese vs. Alvarez
Joel Alvarez, SUB, R2
I will honestly be dumfounded in Alvarez finds a way to lose this fight. Diakiese is an entire tier beneath him in terms of overall talent.
Parkin vs. Pogues
Mick Parkin, DEC
After doing a deeper dive on Parkin, you can definitely tell he was 7-0-1 as an amateur. He definitely has some skills and the 100$ finishing rate is impressive. I dont think Pogues coming in heavier is necessarily a bad strategy, I just don't know that it's going to matter. Parkin is good athlete despite being an absolute unit. I think he's going to spend the majority of this fight imposing his will on Pogue, who was a LHW not that long ago.
Barberena vs. Muradov
Makhmud Muradov, TKO, R2
Bam Bam is pretty durable and Mak is very hard to trust after he lost to GM3 the way he did. However, I just cant back Barberena here. Outside of a lucky bomb that lands flush in an early exchange, Makh wins this fight 9/10 times.
Vieira vs. Kianzad
Pannie Kianzad, DEC
I'm like 90% sure this is going to be a split decision. Banzai throws more volume and has good TDD but Vieira has solid grappling.
Duncan vs. Ashmouz
Yanal Ashmouz, TKO, R1
Not a lot of confidence here but Duncan is just super hittable and Ashmouz seems to have nuclear bombs in his hands. Ashmouz also seems to just be getting better and better each fight because he is still very green.
Brasil vs. Bannon
Bruna Brasil, DEC
Mama B has some skills but I don't think we saw the best version of Brasil in her debut.
Filho vs. Barez
Jafel Filho, SUB, R2
Great matchmaking but I'm going to ever so slightly edge the younger fighter here who's coming off a great performance despite losing. If this fight was happening like 2-3 years ago I probably go Barez no question.
