@_Vis_ he's extremely chinny. Relies way too much on his head movement and carries his hands way too low. He's also dangerous though, so be careful picking against him. I'm taking Sopaj though

Am I missing something?

It’s wild to me that Schnell is available at +320 against Erceg… am I missing something? That fight seems much closer to a pick em, maybe Erceg small favorite to me. Anyone care to weigh in on this fight?

There is a good chance Schnell at 34 years old is shot in terms of his chin, especially at flyweight. He gets KO'd or rocked badly in every single fight as of late. If Su had managed to stop him in any of the essentially half dozen or more times he had him knocked out on his feet Schnell would be on a 4 fight skid right now. Bontorin's win over him got overturned due to PEDs but it was a loss for Schnell.

Does that answer your question? Btw agree the line is wide. I'll not bet on Schnell though, he's a pullout merchant, him and Perez also on this card are legendary at it. Livebet spots are not uncommon for the flyweight division though.

Zahabi is a competitive fight for Basharat but I think he gets drowned in volume. He's tempting at +600 for sure but I think he'd need a finish. Seems like a tough ask against a guy who doesn't get hit very much like Basharat. Zahabi having the same odds to win as Cunningham is just goofy to me. This fight should have similar odds to Erceg/Schnell.

I'm gonna wait on Schnell and Perez making weight before diving into those fights.

@Pflynn8 If I remember Rosas' interview before one of his fights, he said he doesn't really cut much weight, and is close to natural 135. That's a possibility to why. I could also have misremembered/misheard.

@AyyLmaonnaise let me guess, Rosas is gonna hit with a jab, cross, and leg kick combo, then hit a spinning back-kick to his head while Mcghee staggered from his punches, Rosas than gonna reset and hit a cross-uppercut combo, and finally ending Mcghee with a front kick

No, it’s as simple as McGhee can’t grapple very well. His lone loss came from a guy who aggressively chain wrestled him for 3 minutes and drowned McGhee with his grappling. Hes a very good striker but leaves a lot to be desired on the ground

@AyyLmaonnaise I get it but why avoid Turcios? That's the least dangerous opponent that Rosas is going to face. And, I think Mcghee has improved a hell of a lot more

Yeah I don’t know. Very weird he avoided Turcios, I’m guessing he knew he was going to gas out in Mexico and didn’t want to deal with a cardio fighter like Ricky? And yeah McGhee is clearly a better fighter than Ricky will ever be but matchups exist for a reason. McGhee striking is insane but he wouldn’t be able to stop the td threat from rosas, and this is coming from someone who’s been watching McGhee before he even signed to lfa
